12 Weeks of Hell

In order to stay the "Annabel of the Ball" I have decided to start working out. Just yesterday I started a 12 week work out plan. I'm doing this because I would like to become stronger and toned! I have tried this many times before but have failed to motivate myself to continue past the first week, so to motivate myself, I have decided to blog about it! I really hope this helps me stick to my plan. Besides working out, I am also going to make some much needed adjustments to my diet. I will post my workouts and meals so that anyone who is interested may join me in my adventure! I'm looking forward to sharing this with all of you! Thank you for taking a little dance through my ball! :D
