Day 7

Good-middle of the-night!!! Due to the show I am currently in, I have been doing a lot of stage combat . Which is fantastic! I have gotten all of my cardio in by doing this. I would suggest taking a kick boxing or self defense class as a fun way of exercising! It's been a lot of fun, unfortunately, I don't have rehearsal tomorrow, so I'm going to have to run.:/  Oh well. Anyway, I've realized lately that I have a terrible diet so I'm starting to change that tomorrow! I'll share those changes soon! Thanks for dancing with me!
